Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with our subscription, we offer a refund policy as follows:

♦ We provide an immediate refund for customers who are not happy with their subscription.

♦ The refund will be processed using the same payment method that was used for the subscription purchase.

♦ Customers receive an email confirmation after a refund is issued.

♦ Customers will receive their money back within 1 to 10 working days, depending on the payment method.

♦ Customers who request a refund within 7 days of their purchase will receive a full refund.

♦ For refund requests after 7 days, the refund amount will be calculated based on the remaining time of their subscription. The refund will be a percentage of the price paid, equivalent to the remaining time divided by the total subscription duration. For example, if a customer purchased a 12-month subscription and used it for 6 months, they would receive a refund of 50% of the price they paid.
